Philips HD 2595 toaster

Does not toast the bread properly on any of the settings 4 - 5. Has to be reinserted sometimes one or two more times to get a decent slice of toast. Surely if the control is set at say 5 the toast should pop up toasted. One should not have re-insert the bread to get a darker slice of toast.
